We use archival-quality Kodak Professional Endura papers in Lustre, Glossy, and Metallic finishes to ensure your memories last for over 100 years.
Can I return a custom-made photo product?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for customer errors. However, if your order arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it free of charge.
How do I ensure my photos are high enough quality for large prints?
Our system automatically checks the resolution of your uploaded files. If a file is too small for the selected size, a low-resolution warning will appear to help you avoid blurry prints.
Do you offer international shipping for home decor items?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of your order.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
